About our Scallops: Our Wild Alaskan Scallops are harvested by local boats from the clear pristine waters of the Gulf of Alaska and Shelikof Straits. Hand-shucked and frozen at sea, these beautiful dry scallops (untreated) are a seafood connoisseur’s ultimate indulgence. Huge scallops like these don’t come along every day; these jumbos come 10 to 20 scallops per pound. Sautéed with a white wine sauce or wrapped in bacon and broiled to perfection Jumbo Alaskan Scallops are truly a gourmet treat.
